Please use this page to register for our extended email
or in-person consultations, both General and Bridal.
We suggest that you contact us and book at least one, if not two weeks
prior to your desired appointment date, otherwise there
may or will be a surcharge, since additional preparation
is needed with less notice. Occasionally we are able to
book same-day or one day noticed appointments, however
in those cases the registration fee is double.
To make appointments, our Office Hours are
Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm PST or PDT, and
occasionally Saturday and Sunday. You may leave a voice mail at any
time, however the quickest way to communicate with us
is via email. We respond to email often within the hour,
and absent an emergency no later than 36 hours.
We respond to voice mail twice each business week. Regarding booked appointments, if you need to re-schedule
we are happy to accommodate you with 24-hour advance notice. We can apply any deposit
to another appointment date and time held within three
months after the original one. Note that once we process a deposit or commence
paperwork, your registration fee for this service is
non-refundable.
