THREE-MONTH WAIST TRAINING PLAN - CORSET WEAR
The above is one of three services to assist those who
are in overall general good to excellent health (we are
unable to advise those with problems of high blood
pressure, circulation, hernia, chronic constipation, GERD
or chronic acid reflux, or serious IBD) who wish to
pursue a dedicated waist-reduction and figure-training
program. Rather than merely provide some recipes or
commonly-known nutrition tips for you, we help you to
evaluate your total diet and lifestyle from a
comprehensive perspective.
Our final product is a written, individualized Corset-Wearing
Training Plan of from 2 to 4 pages, covering three
months and detailing the daily hours and level
of waist reduction to which you should lace down
in your training corset. The program is based on our
20 students and extensive research on waist training,
and will be most likely to to help accomplish your goals
in a three-month training period. We can assist
you set goals as well. The Plan will look something like
the example below:
HYPOTHETICAL ROLLER COASTER PLAN FOR FIRST THREE WEEKS OF TRAINING
- Week 1-Mon.,Tues.,Weds. - Measure over corset 26 inches and wear for two hours;
Thurs.,Fri.,Sat. - Measure over corset 26 inches and wear for four hours
- Week 2-Mon.,Tues.,Weds. - Measure over corset 26 inches and wear for six hours;
Thurs.,Fri.,Sat. - Measure over corset 26 inches and wear for eight hours
- Week 3-Mon.,Tues.,Weds. - Measure over corset 25.5 inches and wear for two hours;
Thurs.,Fri.,Sat. - Measure over corset 25.5 inches and wear for four hours
After you are registered in order to prepare, we send you a questionnaire to
complete which we use to
draft your Training Plan. We need to know your proposed
goals, your general health, and items such as
what corsets you will use to train, what they measure at the
waistline, how long you can wear them at what over-corset
measurement, and other.
You are responsible to work out a corollary and
comprehensive nutrition and exercise program or you may
request our assistance in drafting a
daily diet and exercise Plan by registering for this service on our

You may well benefit from the detailed program that will

While you may train
with any well-fitting underbust corset,
you may wish to review the three lines
of our field-tested tight-lacing custom corsetry before
purchasing from another less-experienced or less
customer-oriented

I’ve gotten a little discouraged (about the fact I
ordered my corset too big to train in, and no one told me!).
I wrote my corsetiere and told them of the problems I
have with it. They said it would probably cost just as
much as a new corset to shrink the one I have.

It should not cost as much--except that this corsetiere
obviously did not want to provide this kind of customer
service to a naive but rueful client whom they did not
interview sufficiently to help her choose the proper
