- "You have absolutely outdone yourself! I love
Chelsea's dress! She looks spectacular! Perfect!"
Rob, Chelsea's new husband (10/31/10)
- "The try-on gown, gloves and veil day and photos
were a COLOSSAL TREAT !!!! Lots of joyous memories.
Thanks for the photos of the corset by Jill and
wedding gown and veil by Maria. Maybe I make a
half-way acceptable bride after all!" Lorne
Veils can be informal or formal like the one shown right
on our client, Chelsea, waiting to walk down the aisle with
her dad at her elegant wedding celebration at San Francisco's
famed Mark Hopkins Hotel. Chelsea gave us her sister-in-
law's borrowed veil which we wrapped with satin used in
"Todd" corset wedding ensemble designed by the bride
and produced by our Brazilian seamstress, Maria, seen left.
also designed and produced the other veil shown attached
to a simple satin comb, using
embroidered edges of the bride's gown fabric,
also made by Maria. The fabric was hand-selected
from a San Francisco shop, with scallops hand-cut on the
gown bodice and veil, plus applied as well to the foundation
white satin corset worn underneath.
Please send us your
design requirements, ideas, and fabric selection and
we'll return with a firm bid once we know the details.
Prices start at $100 for a simple double-layer delicate
net veil with simple satin-covered comb attachment, labor, fabric, and satin comb
included. It is always helpful if you send an image of
your wedding dress to ensure that we properly coordinate the
design and "look" of your veil.
