WHAT IS IN THE PLAN?
Your final Plan is sent via email and covers three
months. It details the daily hours and level

in your training corset. The Plan may or will or look something like

to Trim Your Waist and Figure book is included with your Plan.
ON WHAT IS THE PLAN BASED?
The Plan is first based on your answers to a confidential
questionnaire. It is then developed in reliance on honest answers.
It is also based on the experiences of our
30 waist-training students, interviews with
hundreds if not thousands of successful corset
and extensive research on waist training.
WHAT STYLE CORSET IS REQUIRED?
While you may train with any well-fitting underbust
corset corset, we highly
recommend that it be fully custom according
to 8 to 10 or more measurements. It is sometimes possible
to train comfortably with an "OTC" (over the counter,
or readymade, standardized pattern corset),
but usually it is not.
That is because some or many OTC corsets:
- Have a
U-shaped silhouette that causes the bottom edge to press down
on your hipbone and lead to leg numbness,
- May torque on your body,
- May develop "hot spots" or pinching or
rubbing on a certain area of your torso or skin,
- Are not long enough in front to provide
adequate lower tummy control, causing flesh to squish
outward in an unsightly and unhealthy manner,
- Will not provide as good of a fit that assures
comfort because an OTC corset
does not accommodates the unique
hills and valleys of your individual torso: only a
fully-custom corset can do that,
- May not work for fuller-figures that request patterning
out over the hip bone and derriere,
- May not work once some progress is made in waist training,
and now the "going is getting a little rough" when it becomes
more challenging to lace down even a micro-inch more!
If for reasons of budget you began corseting or
waist training with an OTC corset, please consider the
