****Style Advisory: Sturdy, well crafted, classic style creating an ice-cream cone (rib-straightening) waistline silhouette in four fabric layers. Will not fit as well as a six-panel corset since it contours less over the full torso. May tend to wrinkle a minor bit in lower back panels, especially on slim people with small derrieres. This adorable, simple, four-panel Victorian style was developed by senior corsetiere Sharon. She uses diagonal boning in front which emphasizes and visually reduces the waistline, especially when the boning is applied with outside bone channels or when the diagonal bone on each side is adorned with flat lace trim. Lace trim may also be applied vertically alongside the front busk as shown in the corset right with sharply-pointed top and bottom edges (note upcharge for sharp point below; our standard shape is a gently-pointed top edge with a rounded bottom edge for best tummy control). Both functional and lovely in cotton, silk, or our fine cotton-backed satin seen here: Classic Line Fabrics. Lace can also be applied over the top or bottom edges. A gathered bottom (one or two-color) ruffle and rosette at top as shown in the blue silk corset below with sharply-pointed bottom edge, may be added.

We will deduct $45 from your order upon receipt in our offices if you choose the option of a single unlined corset, however, note that we recommend the fully double plus bonding especially for clients with 40" waistlines and over.

The maximum length underarm measurement from waist down to bottom of corset is 5"; anything over that will require you place an order not for the Bella Victorian, but for a six-panel Edwardian style from our Classic Line or our Elegant Line of corsetry.
