The Exercise Plan is one of three services to
assist those who wish to set up their own waist-training
program, but who want to be sure they pursue
waist-targeted exercises that ensure the
best overall results.
Your Plan will be most likely to help accomplish
reasonable weight loss and/or waistline-inch
loss goals. We can assist you set those goals.
WHAT IS REQUIRED?
Students should be
in overall generally good to excellent health. We are
unable to advise those with any type of heart problem or
issue and serious problems of high
pressure, or assist those with circulation, hernia,
chronic constipation, GERD
or chronic acid reflux, leg or ankle swelling, asthma,
or sometimes IBD issues.
WHAT IS IN THE PLAN?
Your final Plan is sent by email, and
months. It details a daily exercise program that helps you
determine how long to exercise, how to warm up and cool
down, how to protect your back, what kind of exercises to
do, how to incorporate these into your on-going exercise
program, and what not to do to compete with waist reduction.
We suggest a few specific exercises. However,
rather than detail them all, we help you know what
muscles to target, and then research online the
