HOW TO ORDER - level 1

[Information only page. Updated 7/5/16]

"I'm actually really excited to have you and your team have most of the creative control. Our wedding theme is steampunk. I'm confident in your abilities (and my lack thereof) that you will create something beautiful." Melissa S. (Colorado, fall 2013)

Thus began a most happy project for our ROMANTASY team for the fall 2013 wedding of our sparkling bride Melissa, pictured right and below. Here's what she wrote us after her special day:

"I have received both the corset and the hat and they're both gorgeous! They fit so well! Thank you and your team so much for making my wedding gorgeous! We had a fantastic time." (12/20/13)
It was a dream to work with Melissa--and it was all long-distance!-- because our bride allowed us some artistic license within her color scheme and steampunk theme, and achieved a unique, personalized design for her three-piece ensemble, bringing it within her anticipated range for a budget. Note that we can make coordinating pieces of your ensemble, including hats and veils, fabric-covered shoes, and even purses.

Our Halloween bride Chelsea chose a "Sweeney Todd" black-and-white theme, and requested a white satin corset based on a 1750-style corset, embellished with black braid and rhinestones.

She brought us her clear vision of a tiered lace skirt, brought to life by our talented couture Brazilian seamstress, Maria, who hand-cut the scallops on the black lace tiers. The ensemble is modeled left and below by bride Chelsea. (As noted, photography by Lavish.)

For each bridesmaid, we created a rhinestoned choker matching our bride Chelsea's own choker for her black-and-white wedding.

Long-time friends, the couple (and especially the groom!) loved the result, as did the many wedding guests at their Halloween evening wedding at the Mark Hopkins Hotel, San Francisco, 2011. We were pleased to be invited to celebrate the occasion, and Ann was honored to be Chelsea's "dresser" and assistant, pictured right, to prepare her for walking down the aisle.

Below you will see three more brides of differing ages and themes for their special days. Our mature bride for a second Las Vegas wedding, wanted something elegant and reserved, in midnight blue. Note that Sharon embellished her skirt with black lace to coordinate with her lace-covered Valentine Victorian corset. Our young bride pictured, chose to wear her ivory silk Edwardian underbust corset and custom chemise set under her gown, to create a notable waistline in her traditional ivory wedding gown. Our "red" bride chose an outdoor wedding in the Renaissance style and ordered Sharon's overbust Edwaridan corset in scarlette silk dupione.

Almost any corset by Sharon (see styles listed on main page) could serve a wedding corset. Please choose from her specific style page or place your order, measurements, fabrics, embellishments, and design ideas via email to us. We'll work out a bid that will fit most budgets, and you will have an ensemble that can be worn and appreciated for years should you care to do so!
