****Style Advisory: Excellent value for a superbly crafted, perfectly finished, artistic and classic hourglass corset in four fabric layers. This corset is perfect for serious waist training! Our sizes do not accommodate a natural waist of larger than 50".****This nifty double steel-boned corset is of the highest quality technical construction and artistic finish and design, suitable for waist training and tight lacing the same way a custom corset would be. It is 10" tall in front (be sure this is tall enough to provide adequate tummy control; if not, please consider Sue's fully custom line). The only differences between these standard pattern corsets, and Sue's fully custom corsets, are:
These four-layer corsets with waist tape for strength, are bonded, and are lined in sturdy cotton twill or duck. No garters are provided, however, you may order them for a $!5 upcharge per pair. Corsets will be inner-boned unless you tell us otherwise and lined in cotton twill or duck. Please email us if you desire cotton-backed satin lining to indicate the color. Note that we now offer standard sizes up to a snug natural waist size of 50 inches. (Corset modeled above in copper lace over black cotton-backed satin with black satin outer bone casings; lace overlays not currently available for this standard corset, please see Sue's custom page; corset modeled below in baby blue polybrocade.)
- these are double boned no matter the size (you pay an upcharge for double boning for custom corsets),
- these are four-panel, rather than six-panel per side,
- these are not custom or in stock, but made when ordered to fit standard sizes based primarily on the snug natural waist size. They are patterned on the typical female figure (rather than using eight full body measurements required for a custom corset),
- these can typically be delivered in about six weeks versus two or three months or more (rush fees may apply for delivery in under six weeks; please inquire for quote), and,
- these save you anywhere from $75 to $150 since there is no upcharge for: (1) double boning, (2) velvet or brocade in stock (shopping for special fabrics may entail a shopping fee or upcharge), (3) our high quality cotton-backed satin in 14 color choices viewed here, and (4) outer boning casings -- making this spiffy little corset a great value indeed!
Note that we will process the full purchase price for this corset upon placement of order, and that lovely Swiss ribbon may be ordered to coordinate with the outer fabric color.
